Returns & Exchanges

At Wintergreen Northern Wear, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted outdoor apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing envelope.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our Ely, Minnesota workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
